Regular $160 per single air conditioner unit for maintenance agreement (in person or via phone). 

Take care of your air conditioner in your home with our Residential Air Conditioning Maintenance package. With this package we come to your home twice a year.
During inspection we do the following:

• Clean evaporator coil
• Clean condenser coil and drain line
• Check freon pressures
• Check temperature splits
• Check amp draws on motors
• Check and tighten electrical connections
